According to some sources, Rachel and Leah were born in the same year that Ishmael dies which would be the year 2171 AC. (Ishmael dies at the age of 137.)

How is it possible to know that Rachel and Leah were twins? Well the answer may suprise you. There are multiple sources out there that will tell you about it such as the Book of Jasher, as well as Rabbinical sources. The Biblical inference is found in Genesis chapter 29:25
Jacob and Leah consort, but jacob is somehow unaware of who was who.....

Itis facinating to me to note there are many instances of twins in the Bible.
